The dev preview fixture drifted: vat_rub used the pre-#1898 all-margin formula,
revenue_parking used pre-#1893 business-class price (1.9M) while class=comfort
(1.3M), and levered_irr was stale. Regenerated the whole block via
compute_financial() from the mock's own teap_synth inputs (comfort, high_rise,
land=кадастр, price=165k) so every field is internally consistent: parking
531.7M, VAT 20.45M (parking-only), levered_irr 0.336. Dev-only fixture.
