#68 pytest-cov fail_under=65 (baseline 71%). #69 openapi-codegen-check job + regenerated api-types.ts (был устаревший 111 коммитов). #75 Uptime Kuma stack + watchdog (prod-setup в commit). #77 close-sufficient. code-reviewer: измерил baseline, length-guards, prod-инструкции. Closes #68
