13 anti-regression тестов в test_781_quality_gate.py на 5 merged P0-фиксов (#755 anchor safe-guard, #753 stable dedup_hash, #773 expected_sold anchor-only, #754 avito block-page HTTP-200, #740 insufficient_data). Tests-only, прод-код не тронут. #755-scope verify: radius _filter_outliers n<5 bypass корректно не менялся (MAD-clip только в anchor). 325 passed. Closes #781.
