fetch_detail wrapped in asyncio.wait_for(90s) + bounded _rotate_ip — a single hung fetch no longer zombies the whole run (run 423 hung 7.7h). New except TimeoutError (failed+continue), avito_detail_fetch_timeout_s setting, admin trigger POST /scrape/avito-detail-backfill. Restores detail-queue throughput (coords #1967 + house_type).
