Scope: scorer.py = docstring-stub (0 кода) — естественный дом. 10 named scores: Market Fit, Demand, Supply Risk, Future Competition, Price Feasibility, Infra Fit, Mortgage Sensitivity, Differentiation, Commercial, Confidence.
