a11y-дефект (#801 DoD). axe-core на /ui-preview/estimate, 2026-05-30. Impact: serious.

Проблемы

  1. svg-img-alt (serious, recharts): .recharts-scatter-symbol[role="img"] (ExposureCard scatter и др. чарты) без <title>/aria-label → скринридер не озвучивает. → добавить accessible-name точкам ИЛИ aria-hidden="true" на декоративные symbol'ы + текстовая альтернатива/таблица рядом.
  2. page-has-heading-one (moderate): на странице нет <h1> (HeroSummary использует <h2>). → добавить визуально-скрытый <h1> («Оценка квартиры …») или повысить главный заголовок.
  3. empty-table-header (minor): пустой <th> в таблице сделок → дать aria-label/визуально-скрытый текст.

Контекст

recharts по умолчанию ставит role="img" на символы без подписи — общий паттерн для всех чартов (Exposure/Trend/Distribution/Cian-sparkline). Фикс одним хелпером-обёрткой чартов.

  • page-has-heading-one — sr-only <h1>Оценка стоимости квартиры</h1> добавлен. 0 нарушений. ✅

❌ НЕ закрыто (требует доработки):

  1. empty-table-header (minor ×3) — aria-label="Действия" на <th> axe НЕ принимает: правило empty-table-header проверяет текстовый контент, не aria-label. axe видит селектор th[aria-label="Действия"] (фикс задеплоен) и всё равно флагует «no text visible to screen readers». Узлы:
    • table[aria-label="Аналогичные объявления"] > thead th[aria-label="Действия"] (ListingsCard)
    • table[aria-label="Фактические сделки"] > thead th (DealsCard)
    • .dt-with-asks > thead th (StreetDealsCard)
    • Фикс: заменить aria-label на визуально-скрытый текст внутри <th>: <th><span className="sr-only">Действия</span></th> (или существующий sr-only-класс). aria-label оставить можно, но текст-контент обязателен для этого правила.
  2. heading-order (moderate ×1, НОВОЕ) — .advantage:nth-child(1) > h4 «Heading order invalid». sr-only <h1> сместил базовую иерархию → теперь виден скачок уровня (h2 HeroSummary → h4 в .advantage без h3). Фикс: в блоке .advantage понизить/выровнять заголовок до корректного уровня (h4→h3, либо проверить порядок h1→h2→h3 по странице).

→ status/needs-fix (assignee bot-frontend, follow-up). Re-verify: axe wcag2a+best-practice → empty-table-header 0 И heading-order 0 (svg-img-alt/h1 уже чисты).

  • empty-table-header (minor ×3) — 0 ✅ (sr-only текст в <th>, fixup #845 — aria-label-only не проходил, текст-контент решил)
