feat(report): §7 открыт по умолчанию + выделение участка + шире подложка (#2179)
- Section7Concept: details open + expanded=true — авторасчёт концепции на маунте (ключевой deliverable отчёта, фидбек Anton 2026-07-02) - Massing3DScene: заливка участка accent-soft (ShapeGeometry) + двойной accent-outline; pad подложки 0.3→0.7, tile-cap 2×2→4×4 (шире и резко) - ConceptResultMap (2D-план): та же заливка/обводка участка - geo-local: доксы про maxTiles=16 + тест кэпа 4×4
